About the role
LivaNova Neuromodulation is seeking a Territory Manager to join our team. As pioneers of the VNS (Vagus Nerve Stimulation) Therapy® system, we are dedicated to advancing medical device solutions for patients with Drug-Resistant Epilepsy (DRE) and Difficult-to-Treat Depression (DTD).
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales objectives and manage daily accountabilities.
- Engage with epileptologists, neurologists, and neuroscientists to promote VNS Therapy.
- Uncover and address barriers to VNS Therapy adoption.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers.
- Create and execute physician targeting plans to advance DRE care.
- Educate referring physicians and clinic staff about treatment gaps and available resources.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and provide post-implant education.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for VNS Therapy.
- Manage patient interactions and coordinate with case management.
- Participate in professional outreach programs and support education initiatives.
- Lead weekly meetings to review progress and strategy.
- Maintain company standards and represent the company ethically and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and results orientation.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of successful selling experience in a medical field, preferably in a consultative role.
- Demonstrated aptitude for fostering solid, value-based physician relationships.
- Solid process orientation and resource management experience.
- Intellectual capacity to interpret trends and translate information into actions.
- Self-starter and independent thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially with patients and clinicians.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, allied health, or business.
Location & Travel Requirements
The Territory Manager must live within the assigned territory geographic area, which covers Western Washington + Wenatchee. This position may require extensive business travel of 40% or more of the time, with occasional overnight travel (avg. 2-3 days/month).

Pay Transparency
A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 + commission. Pay ranges may vary by location.
