Role Description Program Lead - VMware Migration & AWS Cloud Transformation We are hiring an experienced Program Lead to drive large-scale VMware modernization and AWS cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end VMware to AWS migration programs.Define migration strategies, roadmaps, and transformation plans.Manage delivery governance, executive stakeholder communication, and customer reporting.Oversee migration assessments, dependency mapping, cutover planning, and hypercare support.Lead cloud adoption, workload migration, and modernization initiatives on AWS.Ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
