Vitality Attendant - Start Date 9/21/2026

Responsibilities

• Ensures the smooth, efficient operation and pristine appearance of Canyon Ranch Vitality spaces.
• Delivers world-class guest service by welcoming guests, explaining concepts and benefits, and assisting with equipment setup and use.
• Serves as a knowledgeable resource on Vitality technology, equipment, and the benefits of each space.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety, and organization of all areas, including stocking supplies, refreshments, and completing opening/closing procedures.
• Sells and processes retail items and manages guest scheduling using Canyon Ranch software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations.
• Able to multitask while delivering superior guest service.
• Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Pay

The pay rate for this position starts at $19.71/hour. The wage for this role may take into account factors for compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure or certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
