About the role
- Hands-on seasonal role responsible for creating, assembling, and installing holiday displays for commercial customers.
- Focuses on design and installation tasks, requiring comfort working on ladders and scissor lifts.
- Involves lifting, decorating, and installing a variety of décor and displays according to customer specifications.
- Will work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional overnights during peak holiday seasons.
- Works both within warehouse facilities and at customer locations to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience, with preferred backgrounds in visual merchandising, floral design, retail displays, or event setup.
- Comfortable regularly lifting 50–75 lbs.
- Experience working on ladders and scissor lifts.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow detailed design instructions, and good communication skills.
