About the Role: The Visual Media Specialist is responsible for developing compelling visual and multimedia content that strengthens brand awareness, supports business development efforts, and enhances stakeholder engagement across all communication channels. This position uses a combination of photo, video, and graphic design to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content that communicates Transdev’s services, activities, culture, and strategic priorities. Working closely with internal stakeholders from across the company, the Visual Media Specialist designs and produces a wide range of marketing collateral, presentations, infographics, proposals, digital assets, and promotional materials that align with Transdev’s brand standards. The role also collaborates, as assigned, with external contracts to develop and produce video and multimedia content, managing projects from concept and scripting through filming, editing, and final delivery. Additionally, the Visual Media Specialist maintains brand resources and multimedia asset libraries, evaluates content performance, and leverages emerging design trends, technologies, and storytelling techniques to enhance audience engagement and elevate Transdev’s visual identity. Key Responsibilities Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, fact sheets, case studies, proposals, and other print and digital materials that support business development and outreach initiatives Create visually engaging infographics, charts, and data visualizations that simplify complex information and enhance stakeholder understanding of services Support the enforcement of brand standards across all communications, ensuring consistency in visual identity, messaging, typography, imagery, and overall presentation. Review and approve creative materials developed by internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure brand compliance Maintain brand assets, templates, style guides, and design resources to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate standards Support all phases of video production, including concept development, scripting, scheduling, storyboarding, filming, editing, and final delivery Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subject-matter experts, vendors, and production partners to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time and within budget Maintain multimedia asset libraries and design platforms for internal use Identify emerging multimedia trends, technologies, and storytelling techniques to enhance audience engagement Qualifications College or university degree in graphic design, visual media, marketing, communications, or a related field Three or more years of relevant experience in a corporate environment Transportation and/or public transit experience preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines Location and Travel Position based at the Transdev U.S. headquarters in Lombard (Chicago), Illinois. The travel requirement is less than 10%, or as business needs require.
