About the role
The Vice President of Sales will lead the development and execution of a scalable sales strategy, building a strong sales organization and creating the operational foundation required for sustainable revenue growth. This role requires a strategic leader who can combine sales excellence, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing B2B SaaS sales organization focused on consistent ARR growth.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop exceptional Account Executives and sales leaders.
- Own new ARR performance and drive achievement of company revenue objectives.
- Create repeatable sales processes that improve conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall productivity.
- Establish sales operating rhythms including pipeline reviews, forecasting, deal inspections, coaching sessions, and performance accountability.
- Partner with Marketing to improve demand generation strategies, lead quality, and customer acquisition performance.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure strong customer transitions and identify expansion opportunities.
- Work with Product and executive stakeholders to share customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
- Use sales technologies, analytics platforms, AI tools, and automation to improve forecasting, coaching effectiveness, and decision-making.
- Build a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- An accomplished SaaS sales executive with a proven ability to build teams, exceed revenue goals, and operate effectively in fast-growing technology environments.
- 10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales operations, and revenue strategy.
- Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing top-performing sales professionals.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence across marketing, customer success, product, finance, and leadership teams.
- Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial environments where ownership, accountability, and adaptability are essential.
- Experience in hospitality technology, hotel SaaS, property management systems (PMS), payments, or related industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms such as Gong, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Experience using AI tools to improve sales productivity, analyze information, support decision-making, and enhance customer engagement.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated insights and apply responsible practices when handling business and customer information.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
