Visual Matrix - VP of Sales
About the role
The Vice President of Sales will build and lead a world-class sales organization that delivers predictable, scalable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth while developing exceptional sales talent and fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing Account Executives.
- Own new ARR performance and consistently deliver against company revenue objectives.
- Establish a predictable operating cadence through pipeline reviews, forecasting, deal inspections, coaching, and accountability.
- Develop repeatable sales processes that improve pipeline conversion, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
- Build a disciplined outbound prospecting culture while maximizing inbound opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing to improve demand generation, lead quality, and conversion.
- Partner with Customer Success to create seamless customer transitions and identify long-term growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Executive Leadership to communicate customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends.
- Leverage AI, Gong, Zoho CRM, and sales analytics to improve coaching effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales leadership experience.
- Successfully built and scaled high-performing SaaS sales organizations.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue objectives.
- Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, sales operations, and sales leadership.
- Successfully recruited, coached, and developed top-performing sales professionals.
- Exceptional communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence across the organization.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where accountability and outcomes matter.
- Hospitality technology, hotel SaaS, PMS, payments, or related industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with Gong, Zoho CRM, and modern sales enablement platforms is preferred.
- Comfortable using modern AI tools to increase productivity, including summarizing information, drafting and refining content, analyzing data patterns, and supporting decision-making in your day-to-day work.
- Strong critical thinking when working with AI-generated output, validating accuracy before relying on recommendations.
- Possesses a proactive, solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset: "I'll figure it out."
- Thrives in a small, growing, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Benefits
Base Salary Range: $180,000-200,000, part of a competitive total rewards package including an annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, L&D stipend and incentive pay for eligible roles.
Pay
Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
