Visual Keyholder - Tanger Hilton Head

About the role

The Visual Keyholder plays a crucial role in creating an inspiring and engaging shopping experience for customers. They are responsible for managing the visual merchandising aspects of the store, ensuring that the store adheres to H&M's brand guidelines and maximizes sales.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Handbook.
• Determine additional commercial opportunities within the H&M brand guidelines.
• Execute floor moves based on discussions with the Department Manager.
• Ensure the store team meets customer expectations on direct and indirect service.
• Follow up on the H&M Visual Identity through the Commercial Handbook and ensure well-styled mannequins in windows and in-store.
• Create a clear red thread from windows to A-area with wearable buying suggestions.
• Maintain high-quality garment presentation every day.
• Leverage all sales campaigns and activities on time and according to H&M standards.
• Support the store in achieving store goals and budgets by following up on store KPIs.
• Complete and take action on the Best Brand portion of the Customer Audit Tool to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Complete sample picking and execute floor moves to create clear stories and wearable buying suggestions.
• Ensure quantity and maintain the condition of all incoming visual props and marketing material with a sustainability mindset.
• Keep visual room organized and safe, and ensure all Visual materials are current.
• Perform all store routines, including opening and closing, following Company practices and procedures.
• Work with timekeeping and scheduling systems, including approving timesheets.
• Support the Store team in enhancing the customer and working experience through coaching and development.
• Communicate and resolve health & safety, legal, and security issues.
• Manage security and loss prevention.
• Resolve any escalated employee issues.

• Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance.
• Able to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
• Able to work with hand and power operated tools (Iron, Steamer, etc) and lift in order to execute display setups.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
• May be required to travel to support other stores.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome, especially in keyholder responsibilities.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.

Additional Information

• Job Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Hiring Range: $19.53 - $22.46 per hour
• Compensation: May vary depending on candidate qualifications.
