About the Role

As the Visitor Control Support - Junior Specialist, you will provide visitor control and administrative security support to a Department of Defense customer supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office mission. In this role, you will work closely with government personnel, contractors, and visitors to facilitate visitor access, maintain accurate records, and support administrative security processes. Your efforts will help ensure secure and efficient facility operations while supporting critical mission requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support visitor control activities, including visitor processing, access coordination, documentation, and recordkeeping.
  • Assist with maintaining visitor logs, visit requests, access rosters, and related security files.
  • Coordinate with government, contractor, and visitor personnel to support timely visitor access and accurate documentation.
  • Support facility security and administrative security procedures associated with visitor management.
  • Maintain accurate records and support recurring data calls, status updates, and action items tracking.
  • Provide professional customer service while handling sensitive visitors and access-related information.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, or three (3) years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience supporting visitor control, access control, facility security, administrative security, or related mission support functions.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage recurring access-related actions.
  • Must be able to work on-site in the Arlington, Virginia office Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
  • Must be comfortable handling sensitive visitors and access-related information in accordance with established security procedures.

Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting the Department of Defense or other government security environments.
  • Knowledge of visitor management and facility access procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and record management capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and administrative tracking tools.

Pay

Salary range for this position is provided as a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate across all experience levels. Actual base salary will be determined by factors including scope of the role, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, education and training, key skills, and geographic market considerations. For roles available in multiple states, the range may vary to reflect differences in local labor markets. Eligible positions may also include annual bonuses or long-term incentive opportunities.

Schedule

This is an on-site position requiring work in the Arlington, Virginia office Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
