Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage member appointments with healthcare providers.
• Provide accurate information to members regarding our services, wellness programmes, and benefits.
• Triage and direct calls to the appropriate internal departments or clinical staff.
• Handle sensitive member information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, adhering to data protection regulations.
• Perform essential administrative duties, including data entry and updating member records in our system.
• Resolve member queries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Contribute positively to our remote team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software.
• A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
• A secure, quiet, and private home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential.
• A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality in a healthcare environment.
