Virtual Physician Assistant - [Overnights - NY, DC, CA licensed]

About the role

This position supports a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space by treating patients through overnight tele-health visits and driving complex programs from planning to execution. You will collaborate with business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure initiatives stay on track in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients through tele-health visits via phone, video, and email
• Engage in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates
• Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS) with active NCCPA certification
• Licensed in NY, DC, or CA with flexibility to obtain additional licenses
• Minimum of 4 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care settings
• Ability to work overnight shifts (7 pm–7 am), including weekdays and weekends
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

Pay

$153,176 – $170,592 annually
