Virtual Physician Assistant - Overnight (Licensed)

About the Role

This is a full-time virtual medical position for a licensed Physician Assistant with overnight availability, primarily working 7pm-7am Eastern Time. The role involves providing evidence-based virtual care through telehealth visits, including triage calls, video consultations, and email follow-ups. The provider will collaborate with virtual and in-office team members, participate in weekly clinical rounds, and utilize their clinical training to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth visits, triage calls, and follow-up communications
• Engage in continuous learning through clinical rounds and team huddles
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based virtual care using clinical expertise and technology

Requirements

• Master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program and active NCCPA certification
• Current licensure in NY, DC, or CA, with ability to obtain additional licenses
• At least 4 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience with patients of all ages
• Excellent clinical and communication skills, with ability to work overnight and on weekends
• Passion for human-centered primary care and proficiency with healthcare technology
• Comfort in navigating uncertain situations and adapting to patient needs
• Residing in the Eastern Time Zone is preferred for East Coast openings
