About the Role

We are looking for a Virtual Teller who is passionate about customer service and embodies the values of credit unions. Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members with a positive attitude.
• Perform a broad variety of member services via a Virtual Teller/Video Chat environment, including:
  • Checking account balances
  • Transferring funds
  • Calculating interest
  • Assisting members with bookkeeping and checking account issues
  • Answering member questions regarding Credit Union services
  • Performing account maintenance
  • Cross-selling credit union services
  • Assisting or referring members to appropriate employees or departments
• Support member video teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency while adhering to established teller procedures.

• Preferred: Spanish/English bilingual skills

Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.

Pay

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a set schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (occasional 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Some Saturdays required: 8:45 AM – 2:15 PM
• Saturday evenings and all day Sunday free
