About the role

The Virtual Diagnostic Specialist (VDS) is a diagnostic leader responsible for educating healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives through remote platforms. This role establishes diagnostic expertise aligned with U.S. regional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on sponsored testing programs, identify educational needs, and provide guidance on high-quality gene analysis.
• Partner with internal teams and contribute to the implementation of U.S. diagnostic strategies.
• Identify Genetic Testing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), attend conferences, and provide insights to inform internal strategies.

Requirements

• BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD).
• Minimum 3-4 years of pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
• Excellent virtual presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual meeting technologies, and digital engagement tools.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs, and stakeholders.
