Virtual Care Physician

About the Role

Seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states to provide high-quality virtual care across a range of specialties including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency, or urgent care. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing physicians to work from anywhere with minimal administrative burden.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered virtual care via assessments, history reviews, and treatment planning.
• Order and interpret lab tests, prescribe medications (excluding most controlled substances, except buprenorphine), and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Maintain thorough medical documentation and stay updated on medical advancements and telehealth best practices.

Requirements

• Active medical license in at least three states, with a preference for five, including states like CA, FL, NC, PA, TX.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings.
• Strong communication skills, proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs, and a DEA certification.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses; assistance provided.
• Availability to work at least 15 hours per week across four days.
