Virtual Care Physician

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple U.S. states to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care. The role offers flexibility to work remotely with no administrative burdens, allowing physicians to focus solely on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual assessments, reviews, and treatments for patients.
• Build compassionate, therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests, prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine), and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Maintain thorough medical documentation and stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices.

Requirements

• Active medical licenses in at least three, preferably five, states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (assistance provided).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly, scheduled over four days.
• Strong communication skills, proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL if required.
