Virtual Care Physician

About the role

We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least three states (preferably five) to join a telemedicine team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care through patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests
• Prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine for addiction)
• Collaborate with a healthcare team
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Stay updated on medical advancements and telehealth practices
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate virtual care
• Support addiction treatment and underserved communities
• Work a minimum of 15 hours weekly

Requirements

• Active medical licenses in multiple states (minimum three, preferably five)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume settings
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• At least one DEA certification
