Virtual Care Physician

About the role

We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least three U.S. states, preferably five, to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional virtual patient assessments, reviews, and medical treatments.
• Build compassionate, patient-centered relationships and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Order and interpret lab tests, prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine for addiction), and ensure comprehensive documentation.
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices.

Requirements

• Active medical license in at least three, ideally five, states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (assistance provided).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• DEA certification and applicable CSL if required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling over four days.
