Virtual Admissions Coordinator – Substance Use Treatment

Fully Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM ET About The Role SUD / Behavioral Health Admissions Experience Required Principles Recovery Center (PRC) is seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to manage inquiries, coordinate intakes, and guide adults seeking substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health treatment through the admissions process. This role requires strong follow-through, compassionate communication, and the ability to independently manage a remote admissions pipeline. What You'll Do Manage inbound admissions calls, inquiries, and referrals.Conduct initial screenings and coordinate intake documentation.Educate prospective clients and families on PHP/IOP treatment options.Coordinate assessments, admission dates, and intake logistics.Maintain consistent lead follow-up and support admissions conversion.Track admissions activity, referrals, and client records in CRM/EMR systems.Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support census goals.Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation. What We're Looking For Required Experience in SUD admissions, behavioral health intake, addiction treatment admissions, or equivalent substance use treatment coordination.Knowledge of substance use treatment and PHP/IOP levels of care.Experience with admissions pipelines, lead management, and client follow-up.Strong phone communication, organization, and independent remote work skills.Proficiency with CRM/EMR systems. Preferred KIPU or similar behavioral health EMR experience.Insurance verification and treatment placement experience.Bilingual English/Spanish.
