Responsibilities
- Assist VIP Reservations Agents upon hire, any new training for existing employees, and refresher instructions as needed.
- Accurately book chauffeured ground transportation (local, nationwide, and international) and farm to national affiliates from the NJ/NY office.
- Monitor incoming reservation channels (phone, multiple email inboxes, online bookings) and respond to client requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor status of national rides to ensure excellent customer service from the affiliate network.
- Independently review client reservations for accuracy and quality.
- Multi‑task, frequently switching between heavy phones, emails, and managing many projects simultaneously.
