About the role

The VIP Concierge Specialist provides personal concierge service to Loyalty Club Members (identified by recentness, frequency, and monetary spend) and Signature Guests lodging in Signature properties such as the Summit Penthouses. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Boyne Resorts, Big Sky, Southwest Montana, and the Greater Yellowstone Region. Loyalty Club Members expect an elevated level of personal service before, during, and after their visits, with consistency and professionalism in all communications. The role requires strong relationship-building skills with clients, internal departments, and local business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Department and LCM Reservation Specialist to develop LCM program benefits and streamline communication.
  • Establish benefits and amenities with various departments annually during pre-winter months.
  • Develop unique gift basket designs and products for the first stay of the season.
  • Provide weekly reports and updates to the Lodging Division and communicate special needs for VIP guests.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication as outlined through SalesForce.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of the Boyne Rewards Program.
  • Serve as a personal concierge for Signature Collection guests, initiating communication before, during, and after their stay (primarily via email and phone).
  • Support the Concierge Manager during the fall off-season by answering emails and phone messages for all resort guests, offering vacation planning and itinerary building, and working scheduled Concierge Desk shifts.
  • Utilize technical skills in RTP, Springer-Miller, Alice, SalesForce CRM, and Microsoft Office Online Version.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive hospitality experience or education.
  • Proficient with hospitality software, computers, and technology, with the ability to learn new systems and programs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing situations, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to adapt to seasonal booking cycles and peak VIP seasons (planning prioritized September–November, peak visitation during winter months, quieter periods April–June).
