About the Opportunity

The VIP Host role is focused on developing and maintaining high-value player relationships to generate new business revenue. This position is responsible for managing comprehensive player interactions and providing personalized service that meets individual customer needs, thereby driving incremental gaming revenue and enhancing customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with potential high-value players to create new business revenue
• Achieve assigned key VIP sales performance indicators
• Manage all aspects of player relationships, including communications and hospitality events
• Anticipate and meet player needs to generate additional gaming revenue
• Maintain personalized knowledge of player profiles to deliver tailored customer service
• Understand and promote existing and new gaming products and platforms
• Communicate with members regarding welcomes, loyalty, sales, surveys, and reactivations
• Use reporting and analysis to inform business decisions
• Monitor customer betting behavior and manage timely distribution of bonuses and invitations
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and effectively manage risks
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and business strategies
• Handle difficult customer interactions professionally
• Collaborate with VIP associates and Executive Hosts to upgrade player account status
• Conduct business with integrity and honesty

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of gaming experience, either online or in a physical casino
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related role
• Proven experience in online gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing, or account management
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel, with strong communication and telephone etiquette
• Ability to manage challenging customer interactions with resilience
• Competence in reviewing player tracking screens, reports, and relevant documentation
• Effective communication skills with external contacts and colleagues at all levels
• Willingness to travel and attend events across the United States and Canada
• Must be eligible for required federal, state, and local licenses and permits
• Passion for sports, casino, and/or sports and casino betting is essential

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 USD
