Responsibilities
- Document all Association violations through inspections as necessary.
- Understand and apply regulations and rules provided by the Board and PM.
- Track violations for completion and document compliance; conduct repeat inspections within determined time frames.
- Serve as the primary contact for all non-compliance letters and follow-up to ensure compliance or issue fines.
- Provide PM with all documentation requesting compliance and resolution for the Board to determine fines if necessary.
- Update KWPM systems with violations documentation as directed.
- Interact and attend monthly Violation Control Committee Meetings.
Work Environment
The role is mostly outdoors with a moderate noise level. It may require long periods of walking and/or sitting and exposure to outdoor climate conditions.
Physical Demands
- Occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less.
- Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a related position.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience with computers and software used in an office environment.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Schedule
This is a non-exempt position. Days and hours of work will be determined at the property/location and may change to accommodate business needs.
