• Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the sales process.
• Stay up to date with Genesis vehicle features and innovations to provide accurate and compelling information.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for each customer.
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations and fosters long-term loyalty.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership standards.

Requirements

• A genuine enthusiasm for luxury vehicles and the Genesis brand.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or luxury sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute to team success.
• Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
