Qualifications

  • Determines what camera and equipment is necessary for filming.
  • Transports, sets up, and operates various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production.

Requirements

  • One year probationary period may be required.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, lift, carry, and load and unload equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Must be able to endure long periods of repetitive work in a sitting or standing position.
  • May be required to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time.

Skills

  • Selects, interprets, and applies guidelines.
  • Works closely with military organization leadership or designated personnel to ensure filming of BCT and/or military events are recorded in accordance with organization's concept of operations.
  • Conducts product analyses to determine customers' needs to ensure the quality of filming meets customer satisfaction.

Pay

  • Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.

Schedule
