About the role

At Summit Credit Union, we're not just about transactions—we're about transformation. We're seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a part-time 30-hour per week Video Teller.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Solve problems and make managing money easier, more effective, and more fun for members.
• Spot opportunities to improve members' financial lives and refer them to other teammates who can assist.
• Use multi-factor authentication to ensure member safety.
• Hit service and sales goals with the support of structured training and coaching.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Basic Microsoft Office and math skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus!
