About the role

At Summit Credit Union, we're not just about transactions—we're about transformation. We're looking for a passionate member to join our team as a part-time 30-hour per week Video Teller.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face (via video!) that members trust for everyday banking.
• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Spot opportunities to improve members' financial lives and refer them to teammates who can help.
• Use multi-factor authentication to keep our members safe.
• Hit service and sales goals with the help of structured training and coaching.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Basic Microsoft Office and math skills.
