Video Teller

Responsibilities

• Provides basic account and payment services in accordance with all holding company bank procedures.
• Uses technology to increase efficiency and accuracy of each transaction.
• Contributes to a team environment by focusing upon bank and video teller branch results.
• Processes transactions such as receiving checks and cash for deposit, processing withdrawals, paying out money, verifying signatures and customer balances.
• Recognizes and interprets customer needs and suggests appropriate bank services to assist in meeting sales goals.
• Participates in the department sales program and goal achievement.
• Demonstrates quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards.
• Performs teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulations.
• Affords assistance with the daily operations of the Video Teller/ATM areas and other duties as assigned.
• Follows teller and operational procedures.
• Accountable for other tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
