About the role
Responsible for providing customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting customers with banking needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate financial advice.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions efficiently.
- Ensure security and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance of cash drawers and equipment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with banking software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
