Video/Motion Designer (Remote)

About The Role

We are seeking a talented Video / Motion Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through compelling motion graphics and video content that enhance our brand presence and communication efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, creative leads, and project managers to produce high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, internal communications, and branding initiatives. Your creative storytelling skills, technical expertise, and ability to develop scalable systems will be crucial in ensuring consistent, engaging, and visually appealing content.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related fields
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling
• Experience developing and maintaining motion and video templates for scalable use
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual content

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video and motion design assets for various channels including brand, marketing, and internal communications
• Design and animate motion graphics for digital platforms, social media, web, presentations, and internal channels
• Develop and maintain templated motion and video systems to ensure quick, consistent reuse across teams
• Edit video content, including pacing, color correction, audio refinement, and basic compositing
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand standards, visual identity, and quality expectations
• Collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, creative leads, and project managers to meet project goals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within fast-paced environments
• Prepare and deliver assets in multiple formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for diverse platforms
• Incorporate feedback efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to deadlines
• Maintain organized files and follow established workflows and processes
• Stay updated on current motion design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continually enhance skills
