Video / Motion Designer

About The Role

We are seeking a talented Video / Motion Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through eye-catching motion graphics and video content that enhance our brand presence and internal communications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, creative leads, and project managers, to produce high-quality, visually compelling assets that adhere to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related fields
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience developing and maintaining templated motion and video systems
• Able to incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion design

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video and motion design assets for brand promotion, marketing campaigns, and internal communications
• Design and animate motion graphics for digital platforms, social media, web, presentations, and internal channels
• Develop and maintain scalable templated motion and video systems to streamline content production across teams
• Edit video content, including pacing adjustments, color correction, audio refinement, and basic compositing
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, creative leads, and project managers to meet project objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints
• Prepare and deliver assets in various formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios suitable for different platforms
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently without compromising quality or timelines
• Maintain organized files and follow established workflows and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and industry best practices in motion and video design
