Since starting 18 months ago, DualEntry has raised over $100 million from prominent investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Khosla Ventures, Contrary Ventures, and Google Ventures, along with more than 20 angel investors who have built and exited impactful companies. The company is now looking to expand its team with a Senior Motion Designer to own all motion output, including marketing films, social ads, product demos, and app UI elements.
Where you'll create impact
- Own motion projects from design to delivery
- Produce marketing videos, motion graphics, and product animations end-to-end
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ideate and execute
- Define and evolve the DualEntry motion style
What Sets You Up For Success
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- 7+ years of motion design experience
- Comfortable wearing the hats of both designer and creative director
- Able to turn loose briefs into polished work
- Deep knowledge of After Effects, 3D experience is desirable
- Prior experience with Figma and Lottie/Rive, or willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits
- Equity: $15,000 - $25,000 USD
- Base Salary: $45,000 - $75,000 USD
- Contract type: B2B
