About The Role

We are seeking a creative, curious, and ambitious Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating visually compelling assets for performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Your primary responsibility will be to craft visuals that capture attention, engage audiences, and drive measurable results.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn, experiment, and showcase their design skills in a fast-paced environment where creative output directly impacts client success. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop, implement, and optimize creative assets such as ad sets, landing pages, motion graphics, and short-form videos. Your work will contribute to A/B testing strategies and performance optimization efforts, ensuring that every asset is aligned with campaign goals and audience insights.

The role also involves conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing heatmaps to inform design decisions, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO
  • At least 1 year of experience with motion graphics and video editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools
  • Basic skills in video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as A/B Testing, CRO analytics, and heatmapping
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of platform specifications and best practices for social media advertising
  • Interest in staying updated on industry trends, including AI and automation in marketing

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging and data-backed creative assets such as ad sets and landing pages to improve digital marketing KPIs
  • Produce motion graphics and short-form videos optimized for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to specific platform requirements and audience attention spans
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative assets with audience insights and campaign objectives
  • Maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets while adapting designs for different audience segments and platforms
  • Partner with internal and client teams to understand business goals, target audiences, and data points for creating A/B tests and data-driven designs
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazy Egg
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heatmap analyses to gather insights and validate design choices
  • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, testing outcomes, and data insights
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, providing regular updates and incorporating feedback effectively
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRO and user experience design
