Role Responsibilities

• Train AI models on film and video editing principles, emphasizing storytelling, shot selection, and visual narratives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide annotated examples, feedback, and guidance on editing tasks.
• Curate and organize video assets, working with producers or directors to optimize workflows for final production.
• Edit or synchronize soundtracks with moving images to achieve seamless audio-visual integration.
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated edits by providing detailed written and verbal feedback to enhance learning.
• Advocate for best practices in pacing, synchronization, and visual clarity within the AI's editing process.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in editing moving images on film, video, or digital media platforms.
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to clarity and detail.
• Experience collaborating with producers or directors to achieve creative vision in post-production.
• A solid understanding of synchronization, pacing, and visual storytelling techniques.
