Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw project footage into polished, engaging, and professional videos for various platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and project management teams to understand creative briefs and deliver content that aligns with strategic goals.
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, music, and colour correction to enhance video quality and storytelling.
- Organise, log, and maintain a digital library of all video assets for efficient access and future use.
- Ensure all video content adheres to Robert Quinn Ltd's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional tone.
- Manage the entire post-production workflow, from initial edits to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Stay current with the latest video editing techniques, software, and industry trends to continuously improve our video output.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience as a Video Editor, supported by a strong portfolio of work.
- Expert proficiency in professional video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid experience with motion graphics and visual effects software, particularly Adobe After Effects.
- A keen creative eye, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of narrative and pacing.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team environment.
- A self-motivated and independent worker who is passionate about creating high-quality visual content.
- Experience producing content for the construction, architecture, or engineering sectors is highly advantageous.
