Vice President, Total Rewards

For a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale.

Location: Falls Church, VA (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available)

About the role

You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement rewards strategies for compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs
• Partner with the company on enterprise-wide benefits programs
• Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership on rewards philosophy and market trends
• Enforce compliance with regulatory requirements
• Champion wellness programs to support employee wellbeing and engagement
• Analyze programs routinely to ensure competitiveness in talent acquisition and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large-scale Total Rewards programs
• Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies and related compliance requirements
• High emotional intelligence to address sensitive matters confidentially
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay

$267,550 – $345,000 annually
