Vice President, Total Rewards

Location: Northbrook, IL – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

About the role

This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global Total Rewards strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals
• Partner with Global Talent to enhance performance and internal mobility
• Define the company’s benefits strategy, balancing compliance and employee needs
• Create and implement an executive reward system in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Compensation Committee and executive leadership
• Lead vendor relationships to enhance offerings and resolve issues efficiently
• Oversee and develop a high-performing global Total Rewards team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's and certifications are a plus
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with 10+ years in senior leadership roles, preferably in global public companies
• Deep expertise in designing rewards strategies tailored to diverse geographies
• Strong background in executive compensation structures and their administration
• Proven track record in M&A due diligence and integration efforts

Pay

$248,600 – $372,800 annually
