Vice President, Solution Consulting
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Solution Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This remote leadership role will shape the strategy and execution of solution consulting and value engineering across a global sales organization. The position partners closely with sales leadership to improve sales effectiveness, strengthen customer engagement, and clearly demonstrate business value in complex enterprise conversations. It is well suited for a senior commercial leader who can coach high-performing teams, refine executive messaging, and support sophisticated software sales cycles in the insurance technology market. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global Solution Consulting and Value Engineering strategy
- Partner with sales leadership to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity
- Craft and implement the Value Practice strategy, including ROI tools
- Lead and coach teams through the strategic sales cycle
- Refine demonstration messaging to clearly communicate business value
Qualifications
- 7+ years in a senior leadership role in Solution Consulting or Value Engineering
- Proven track record in implementing enterprise software solutions
- Expertise in Property & Casualty insurance products and digital transformation
- Experience leading high-performing Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Consulting teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay
Compensation: $172,100 – $268,900 annually
