Vice President, Social Strategy - The Infatuation

Join The Infatuation to shape our brand's voice and drive audience growth through innovative social strategies. You'll lead a talented team, set direction for multiple markets, and create content that resonates with food lovers everywhere.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social content strategies aligned with brand marketing goals.
- Use reporting metrics to provide insights and optimize campaigns for engagement and growth.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Editorial, Marketing, and Creative teams.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and voice across all social channels.
- Mentor and support Social Media Managers, localizing content and streamlining workflows.
- Stay current on emerging social media trends and formats to inform strategy.
- Ensure quality control and brand alignment across platforms and markets.
Requirements
- 7+ years in social, marketing, or dining roles.
- 3+ years leading and managing teams.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills; experience with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience building brands on Instagram and TikTok, tracking conversions and growth goals.
- Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and comfortable with tight timelines and tools like Asana and Dropbox.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand identity and voice.
- Able to tailor strategies to geographic-based consumer segments.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience building brands on YouTube, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Interest in restaurants, dining, and community building on social.
- Familiarity with The Infatuation brand.
