Vice President - Senior Credit Analyst

About the role

Invest In You! Tri City National Bank is a community banking partner dedicated to customer service, relationship building, and community growth. The Senior Credit Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating financial information and making informed lending decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from existing and potential borrowers to determine appropriate loan structures and identify necessary information for loan approval.
• Evaluate clients' credit data and financial statements to assess risk and recommend loan risk ratings.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing loan applicant strengths and weaknesses, and provide recommendations to the approving officer or Senior Loan Committee.
• Ongoing monitoring of individual commercial loan relationships and portfolio risk management.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior-level credit analysts.
• Take on special projects as assigned by the Chief Credit Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience as a Credit Analyst, Commercial Loan Officer, or Portfolio Manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional demeanor, personal integrity, and understanding of fiduciary responsibility.
• Experience training and supervising credit analysts.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated, curious, confident, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Knowledge of applicable banking regulations, bank policies, and practices.

Pay

$85,000+ depending on experience.
