Vice President Sales - The Americas

Responsibilities
The VP Sales partners with Commercial Strategy and enterprise stakeholders to drive integrated sales strategies across the Hawaii portfolio, including Hawaii Vacation Condos, to maximize top-line revenue. They lead property and portfolio-level sales planning and execution across branded, managed, and franchise assets, with a focus on OUTRIGGER’s core owned portfolio. The VP Sales aligns sales structure, processes, incentives, and performance across key segments, including group, military/government, leisure/OEA, and weddings, while continuously optimizing strategy to support growth and revenue mix. Success requires strong collaboration with property-level leaders and leadership of centralized sales teams, contractor networks, and GSMR teams to drive enterprise-wide results.
Requirements
- 15 years of relevant functional experience overseeing multiple properties and/or brands, experience in the hospitality industry, and supervising others required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Experience in the geographic scope of The Americas and pre-opening situations strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Pay
Base pay starts at $176,000–$193,000, with potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, and education.
