What We're Looking For
- 5+ years selling managed IT services, colocation, cloud, or similar B2B technology solutions
- Proven ability to independently generate and close new business (hunter mentality)
- Technical fluency in infrastructure, managed services, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Strong consultative selling skills across complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical executives and non-technical business owners
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and building from zero
- Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with executive leadership in Pittsburgh
- Existing relationships within the Bozeman, Gallatin Valley, or broader Montana business community
- Experience building or contributing to a sales process, or CRM pipeline from an early-stage commercial environment
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to regional verticals (HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2, PCI-DSS)
- Experience selling to or serving healthcare, legal, financial services, construction, or government clients
- Prior P&L or general management responsibility, even in a small-business context
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and occasionally to Pittsburgh
- Authorization to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $135,000 – $185,000 annual on-target earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and variable commission with uncapped upside and top performance potentially exceeding $200,000.
- Variable compensation includes recurring revenue commissions on managed services contracts and one-time commissions on colocation leases, with accelerators for over-performance
