What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years selling managed IT services, colocation, cloud, or similar B2B technology solutions
  • Proven ability to independently generate and close new business (hunter mentality)
  • Technical fluency in infrastructure, managed services, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Strong consultative selling skills across complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical executives and non-technical business owners
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and building from zero
  • Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with executive leadership in Pittsburgh
  • Existing relationships within the Bozeman, Gallatin Valley, or broader Montana business community
  • Experience building or contributing to a sales process, or CRM pipeline from an early-stage commercial environment
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to regional verticals (HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2, PCI-DSS)
  • Experience selling to or serving healthcare, legal, financial services, construction, or government clients
  • Prior P&L or general management responsibility, even in a small-business context
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and occasionally to Pittsburgh
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Role

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $135,000 – $185,000 annual on-target earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and variable commission with uncapped upside and top performance potentially exceeding $200,000.
  • Variable compensation includes recurring revenue commissions on managed services contracts and one-time commissions on colocation leases, with accelerators for over-performance
