About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a globally distributed Professional Services organization with diverse functional teams
• Own the NPO Services P&L, driving financial performance across a multi-segment services business
• Define and execute a long-term vision and strategy for the Professional Services organization
• Design and optimize a scalable services delivery model for various customer segments
• Develop and launch new service offerings in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Drive the use of AI and automation tools to enhance customer experience and reduce costs
• Sponsor and oversee major client engagements, ensuring successful delivery and resolution of escalations

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of leadership experience in professional services or delivery organizations within a SaaS or technology company
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership and accountability for delivery performance
• Experience managing and building high-performance teams across diverse locations and service delivery models
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and evolving service delivery methodologies across multiple products
• A history of influencing and presenting effectively at the executive and C-Suite level
• Strong analytical skills to interpret operational metrics and financial results for informed decision making
• Experience with AI-enhanced workflows and automation in service delivery

Pay

$228,000 – $265,000 annually
