Vice President, Professional Services

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President, Professional Services to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will oversee the strategy and execution of professional services and Solutions Engineering, with a focus on building scalable delivery capabilities across a fast‑moving financial technology environment. The role will partner closely with Sales, Product, Trust & Safety, and executive leadership to strengthen implementation performance, reduce operational risk, and support revenue‑generating growth.

Location

New York, NY – US‑based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation

$210,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, operating policies, and service strategy for Professional Services and Solutions Engineering.
• Standardize delivery frameworks to support scalable growth across the organization.
• Ensure integration stability and help reduce operational risk.
• Optimize implementation processes to accelerate revenue generation.
• Advise the executive team on organizational challenges and represent the function in client meetings.
• Align Professional Services with Sales, Product, and Trust & Safety stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, with SaaS and Fintech experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large implementation teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and define effective strategies.
• Strong knowledge of technical integrations and Solutions Engineering.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
