Vice President, Professional Services

About the role

The Vice President of Professional Services at DailyPay will lead the implementation strategy, focusing on AI and autonomous workflows to support rapid growth. They will also advocate for client and team needs within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define the high-level vision and governing policies for Professional Services and Solutions Engineering.
• Champion an AI-first, agentic service delivery model, identifying opportunities for autonomous agents.
• Strengthen leadership depth and standardize delivery frameworks.
• Drive accountability for integration stability and operational risk reduction.
• Optimize the implementation engine for faster client time-to-value.
• Serve as the principal advisor to the executive team on implementation functions.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with Client Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Advocate for client and team needs to improve product roadmaps.
• Govern KPIs and reporting structures including client launches, actuals and forecasts, time-to-launch, implementation/reimplementation incidents, and functional HC utilization.

Qualifications

• Executive experience with 10+ years leading large-scale technical implementation teams and AI/automation transformations.
• Deep understanding of HCM and/or payroll/timekeeping systems, and familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Exceptional ability to develop senior leaders and manage a 40+ member workforce.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and reconcile executive perspectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience at the executive level.
