Join us and be part of something extraordinary. We’re seeking an SRE Automation Engineering professional to join our SRE Automation Enablement team in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Support the stability, resilience and operational efficiency of applications by delivering and improving automation workflows across multiple platforms and processes. Enhance scripts, validation checks and workflow logic to improve reliability, reduce manual effort and strengthen operational controls. Partner with application support, engineering and infrastructure teams to onboard new applications and processes into standardized automation and support frameworks. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, workflow defects and control gaps in a timely manner, helping to reduce operational risk and improve service outcomes. Contribute to operational playbooks, technical documentation and reusable templates that improve consistency, scalability and team readiness. Support continuous improvement through pipeline, tooling and process enhancements that enable more efficient delivery and stronger operational execution. Provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members by sharing knowledge, reinforcing good support and engineering practices, and helping build team capability. T o be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Experience in application support, site reliability, production services or a related technology operations function. Working knowledge of automation, scripting and workflow orchestration, with the ability to troubleshoot and improve operational processes. Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Python, Ansible, CI/CD or pipeline-based deployment frameworks, or similar automation platforms. Ability to analyze production issues, identify root causes and implement durable fixes that improve stability and reduce repeat issues. Experience supporting validation checks, evidence generation, control-related activities or other operational risk disciplines in a technical environment. Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple work items while maintaining quality and execution discipline. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and document technical processes clearly. Demonstrated willingness and ability to mentor junior colleagues through knowledge sharing, practical guidance and collaborative problem solving. The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
