Accountabilities
Must possess cross-functional expertise and advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues including the ability to:
- Inspire and lead the development of new ideas and strategies.
- Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Provide expertise to functional teams and contribute to cross-functional teams.
- Act as the subject matter expert providing direction and guidance to establish and improve policies and practices.
- Represent HP to external customers/retailers/clients/industry partners.
- Exercise significant independent judgement within broadly defined policies or practices to recommend the best method for accomplishing objectives.

Experience
- Education: Undergraduate Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
- MBA Preferred

- Minimum of 10 years management experience
- Experience with executing, partnering, and collaborating on a global scale and operating across multiple regions or countries
Pay Range
$266,000 - $318,000 USD annually
