About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage over $10 billion in procurement spending across alliance partners
- Negotiate funding and supply assurance with multiple partners
- Optimize supply/demand planning processes with internal teams and external partners
- Define and manage performance metrics across partnerships
- Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities in collaboration with business units and partners
- Facilitate executive-level engagements, creating content and securing buy-in
Qualifications
- 12+ years in senior leadership roles, with a focus on technology and partner relationships
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology; MBA preferred
- Strong understanding of business models and financial metrics
- Proven experience in global strategic technology alliance management
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, particularly with executives
- A self-starter able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
$266,000 – $318,000 annually
