Vice President, Personal System Alliance Operations

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Spring, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $266,000 – $318,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage over $10B procurement spending across alliance partners
• Negotiate funding and assure supply with multiple partners
• Optimize supply and demand planning processes with partners
• Define and manage performance metrics across partnership portfolios
• Identify strategic innovation opportunities for growth
• Develop business plans and secure internal and partner buy-in
• Manage executive-level engagements and communication

Qualifications

• Proven success in global enterprise-level strategic technology alliance management
• Agile and strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
• Conversant in key business and financial metrics
• Deep understanding of the PC industry ecosystem
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
• Self-starter with high autonomy and innovative problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for executive-level negotiations
