Vice President, People Operations

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President People Operations to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead HR service delivery with a focus on consistent operations, employee support, and scalable people processes. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to modernize core HR processes while improving the experience for employees and managers within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global People Operations strategy to align with business priorities
• Establish a transparent service catalogue and governance framework
• Oversee the strategic roadmap for HR technology and digital experience
• Enhance People service delivery through tiered support and automation
• Drive process excellence and compliance across HR functions

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive HR experience in a large, global organization
• Proven leadership in HR operations and service delivery at scale
• Strong expertise in Workday and HR technology roadmaps
• Experience with People data governance and workforce analytics
• Familiarity with AI tools, including Gemini and ChatGPT modeling

Location: New York, NY – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000 annually
